to a pretty long list of requirements, U-Haul supposedly requires an inspection of the towed vehicle and the towing vehicle. I'm not saying that some dealers won't let the requirements slide, but I'm sure there is some liability on the dealer's part is things go wrong.
There's even a calculator on the U-Haul site to determine if the vehicle to be hauled can be towed by your specific vehicle and their trailer. There's no listing for FFPW's or even old Dodge trucks of more than 1/2 ton rating. And, the tow vehicle must weigh more than 80 percent of the weight of the towed combination. Which pretty much means your towing vehicle must weigh more than the FFPW.
