end grain sealer

I cut down a oak tree. Now have 45 pieces of white oak 32"wide by 8' by 1 3/8" thick. Time to dry it. What's good to put on the end grain to stop or slow the cracking.
Only PW content is there's a picture of my PW hanging on the wall where it will be drying.
