No. Firewall, floor and side skirts all different shape/size. Mounting points are same. The truck cab was designed to fit on a flat frame where the PW is stepped down 6", so the trans has to have a hump to cover it, the floor under the seat has to have a big hump to clear the transfer case cross-member, the side skirts below the doors have to be shortened to suit the steps, the bottom of the firewall will hit the clutch housing and the steering shaft slot isn't high enough. Depending on your skill level it can be made to fit.
