thanks for the feedback.
called VPW. Ordered a used PW/military rear sump pan..
apparently all of the 218/230 engine oil pans are interchangable..
now Steve though the pickup tube from the Plymouth will work just fine.. I can just position it 180 degrees over into the deeped sump end of the correct pan. will see.
