Thanks Kevin, I'll contact Mack Products next week. $200-300 is a great price for not having to fiddle with something myself. A local sheet metal shop quoted me $200+ each side, but they couldn't do the top roll.
I talked to Matt a year ago and he wasn't able to do the bedsides for me, but he can supply the corner pockets, center pockets, and fender stock. I'm planning to use a reproduction headboard and tailgate, vendor to be determined.
