Rust arrestor

Any one have experience with rust arrestor or converter? Local paint store recommended corotech v180 and then prime and top coat. I got the frame cleaned up with a wire wheel and wiped down so no grease. Then applied the arrestor it goes on white turns green and dries a real nice solid black in about 20 min very tightly adhering ready for primer.

Any words of warning before I get to far into prime and top coat?
Any recommendations for to coat?

This is for frame springs and axles.
