Ian in Ohio and they are tired of all the rain. Apparently it has been quite wet across the plains. People along the way from Wyoming have been complaining about all the rain. The rivers have been full and running brown.
Please send rain to Washington. We need it badly. Especially before the 4th of July and all the idiots with fireworks. Our area is always a war zone even though they are outlawed. The buy them from the reservations. I don't want the place to burn down.
