I need a shop with a big milling machine. Who could do it?

I want to mill the face of a Cummins flywheel housing. The machine shops around here are only set up to mill heads as wide as 14". I need to mill a piece that is 19" wide.

Does anybody know of a shop that could handle that? I can ship the housing wherever it needs to go.
