In 1960 some of the W100-W200 trucks got a unique steering box. 1959 and some 1960 W100-W200s use the same box as the D100-D300. So depending on which box you have you could have an easy or hard task ahead.
Have you looked into rebuilding services?
Are you sure you have a 1960 and not a more common 1961-1966?
