I'm using a 1-1/4" bore master on my 6x6, one circuit to the front axle, and one circuit to the 2 rear axles. I'm not using a proportioning valve on my system. With twice as many wheel cylinders on the rear circuit, it will create half the braking pressure on the rear cylinders. I'm hoping it will be fairly balanced in operation. I haven't driven the truck yet, so I don't know how it performs. But my static tests show that the pedal throw is identical to a factory system. I'm also using a 7" single diaphragm booster, just to make braking a little easier. The master cylinder I used has the ports on the driver side.
