Go with the 1 5/16 bore it will move a little more fluid. I have one in both my carryall and ffPW. I find it better than the 1 1/4 which I tried first.

I have gone through a series of brake and clutch master cylinders on my carryall. I started with a 1 1/4 with a 7" double diaphragm vacuum booster and finally ended up with a 1 5/16 master with a hydroboost. I can lock the front and rear tires at 60 mph if I want to. It is a very good system. I have drums on the rear and disks up front.
My ffPW also has disk up front and drums in the rear. I did that after I went through a red light going down hill with a load. I was doing 35 and started slowing down a block before the light. The brakes faded badly and I stopped just beyond the light. The PW now has a Ray Suiter under the floor board brake system. It has a 7" vacuum booster with a 1 5/16 master. It does ok but I suspect that I will put a hydroboost in at some point. The 7" booster just does not provide sufficient assist and the hydroboost has spoiled me. Ray recommends a larger booster but I had clearance issues with the PTO. I really like Ray's under floor mount for the brakes. It allows you to keep the original peddles and gives you plenty of room for everything. His system provides a mount that goes between the transfer case crossmember and the frame. He has a pull rod that comes off the original peddle position and passes through the rear hole in peddle mounting bracket. The rod then connects to a piviot which then connects to the Booster's push rod. I seen the piviot used in full sized vans. The booster and MC are facing forward. The piviot changes the pull of the brake peddle to a push on the booster's rod. I get the vacuum off the fitting on the intake manifold before the PVC valve. Let me find pictures to send to you.
