Brake Question on 6 wheel systems???

Having split the system into two one having 4 wheels and the other 2 wheels. So if they want 1 1/4" bore for PW brakes would you not want to split them even? Since you can't split them even and the amount of fluid needed to do 4 wheels is twice as much as two wheels. Should you not have 1 1/4" bore for the 4 rear and 1" bore for the front 2 wheels to not have the front axle lock up first before enough fluid goes to the rear??? If 1/4" more is double the fluid of a 1" bore why is it not important to balance to flow amount to all wheels even??? So you need a master cylinder with 1 1/4" rear Bore(4) and a 1" front bore(2) to match. Is this correct and if not why? Thanks, Mark
