Copart is an on line vehicle auction service. Go to their web site and click on sales lists and you'll see that they have locations through out the U.S., Canada, and other countries. Almost anytime during the day, between Monday to Friday, there's an auction going on someplace. Usually each location will have one once a week, at the same time. For example, the Anchorage, Ak site has their's every Tuesday at 12 noon locale time. All times listed on their web site are east coast by the way. While at their web, scroll down to the bottom and find the list "support" and click on member fees. There you will find a list of the various fees that go with each sale.
There are some good deals out there. The last three vehicles that I've gotten have come from CoPart. My latest one, a 97 Ford Expedition, I had the winning bid of $100. But with the internet user fee and a gate fee, the final bill was more. Turned out what was wrong with the vehicle was a broken u joint for the front drive shaft, which also damaged the transmission shift cable and took out the wires for one of the O2 sensors. All total, I have around $500 in it. That's parts, title & registration, and the bill to CoPart for the truck.
Happy Hunting.

Robert
