OK I rebuilt the one on the PW no go it ran worse??? Then I rebuilt the square top one and got it to run smooth up to 3,200 RPMs with the governor hooked up. Then after it sits some it loads up and the idle screw does not make a difference? Open it up a little clear it out and it is smooth again. Revs nice except for low idle. That I need to figure out.
