I have theory that the aluminum cord in the tire bead shrinks with age and heat cycles etc. I sharpen up my sacrificial screw driver and hammer it into the aluminum cord until it splits. Tires fall off. I had tried every thing. Tried using a 6000 pound tractor to break the bead. Tried penetrating oils. Tried using the hydraulics in my combo bucket no go. I had 8 tire/rims to break down. Cut that aluminum cord......
