This is the reason for the box. The 5 wire group coiled up controls the relays on the panel. They go to the dash to turn things on and off with a small load on the switch contacts. The large #6 Cable is for the Alternator and 100 amp shunted meter on the dash. It takes 2- #6 Wires and one going to the Battery to charge it. The 50 amp wire for the "Fuse Panel Feed" taps on after the 100 amp meter but also after the 35 amp "Original Amp Gauge" so it will tell you what the panel is using and the other the battery & panel together. The 7-cond lighting cable to the rear goes in this box. The fuel pump and fuel gauge each have there own 2-cond cable to the dash. The front fenders headlights and turn signals are hooked to a 4-conductor cable each. Just pull the cable out for the fender you need to take off. Anything else for the dash can come out of here off the 5-15 amp circuits. At the end of this box there was a big high watt resistor inside the shield. I will put the 12v to 6v resistor for the heater motor in it now. It will be easy to add on, trace and repair a electrical problem later including any real high loads for like built in jumper cable outlet. The 104 amp output alternator will charge a battery quick. Now I have a picture layout I can look at for reference and to see how it fits to drill all the holes for the cables at once.
