I am so tired of this carb deal. I got it running good I thought but as soon as you put the air cleaner on you could not get over 1,500 RPMs again? The air cleaner is a stock wire mesh Oil Bath and has no oil in it yet so no way is it plugged up. So I gave up and removed it from the PW. Took the other carb went thru it and put it on. Get that one all hooked up hit the switch and fuel squirts out the vent tube in the Venturie!! So now the float must be stuck or I missed putting the Needle Valve in?? It is 88 degs out so it not fun anymore being outside in the sun! AC in the house is nice right now till lunch is over.
