Wix stopped making the old style filter and the new ones wont fit. I was in contact with engineers at Wix several years ago and they realized the problem and we going to go back to the old style filter. They were not going to issue a recall on the filters already out there so there may be some still floating around. They may also simply not told me the truth and continue to make the bigger filter now. They were trying to consolidate their manufacturing and did away with a few different filters and this one filter was going to take care of all of them. It clearly didn't.......
Funny thing is Wix sent me a case of filters as a thank you for working with them on this problem. Guess what size they are...........
