Rick, as the others have said you have a low production truck and unless it's really toast it can be saved. I restore these 57 -60 Power Giants full time and can offer you help in finding parts. Where are you located? I have a decent 59 D100 cab I will sell located in NE Indiana. The rear fenders as Eric said are plentiful but may need TLC. Not knowing your skill set it's hard to say how far you can take the restoration on your own. You say you need new springs, what makes you say this? I had a pair of front top springs made for a 58 D 100 for $450 and it set the truck back up to ride height. You don't necessarily need to replace the how spring pack.
