Because the buyer tried to renegotiate the deal after the fact. So I sent him his deposit and called it quits.
I have had people cancel a deal because they just couldn't bear to part with the vehicle after thinking about it a day or two. I suppose I could have forced the issue but I wouldn't feel right doing that.
