what do you mean by restored? if it doesn't leak but is a bit rusty inside I have mine boiled at a big radiator shop in Seattle and they check it for leaks all around for about 100 bucks. I don't ever put liners in mine because I have seen them fail and cause all kinds of problems. if you have a stock fuel filter on the WC you will never get any rust to the fuel pump anyway. The zenith filter does an amazing job.
