No one blocks the faster lane. The inside lane is for fast vehicles and the outside lane is for slow stuff. When I wanted to change lanes into a faster lane the driver would blink his lights to tell me it was ok. When i wanted to move into a slower lane the big rigs would flash me the second my ass was past their front bumper. It is amazing how smooth the driving is. two weeks of this and i loved it. Also there is darn few stop signs. get to an intersection and most places have a yield sign. traffic circles are a bit confusing but are the height of efficiency. the whole goal is to keep the traffic moving.
narrow roads do not contribute to an increase in accidents, big wide roads increase traffic speed and the severity of accidents. Construction, paving and gravel companies advocate for wider roads - I wonder why?
Stop signs should get a carbon tax, think of the amount of time and life you have spent at a light.
traffic circles should get a carbon credit.
Goofs that block the fast lane should lose their license or get the death penalty.
