I'd start with fattening your idle mixture slightly and double check your timing. I'd advance it by ear till it pings and then back it off slightly. Second, I'd put a known good condenser in, I have had multiple bad condensers out of the box. Verify points are correct, check valve adjustment. Spark plugs do go bad as well though they seem pretty good in a 24 volt m37.
