Ok first, since I had hammered on the bolts I had to re-thread them. :( Then I took a stack of 9/16 inch washers to give the nut some room to work. I cut the bolts flush with the top of the perch. Then took the impact wrench to them. It had to really work on them but eventually pulled them out. Each one popped out in a cloud of rust. None of the oil, or wax worked its way in as you can see in the pic. At least they are out. I'll have to clean up the holes tomorrow. Then install the new pack.
