Do Paul's wax trick first. It works surprisingly well, then get yourself some bronze round stock bigger than the bolt. Place your bronze drift on the pin and get serious with a hammer, minimum 6lb sledge. I shortened the handle on my sledge for PW work. The bronze will mushroom, not the bolt. You will find other uses for it in the future.
