Im thinking it has to be the pushrod, I'll have a new MC on hand just in case. I usually keep the vac assist matched to the MC but this time I did not want to rebleed brakes on either truck and the mounts were the same but the pockets on the piston are different depths. Like I said, it happened all of a sudden, not over time, and since they are "pumping up" with use and heat, that is the most likely scenario. They do slowly release over an hour or so.
