Absolutely right. Ebay and Craigslist are both good and bad. I have bought stuff because of them that I might never have been able to find otherwise. But the ripple effect on prices is a killer. I just watched a (realistically) $2500-3000 '55 PW about 50 miles from me go for $5500.00. But it "ran probably 10-12 years ago". I can't figure out if I want to sell my WDX now for $25000 or wait a year and ask $50000 for it. :)
