The sad thing is that morons like those two are what puts "waves" through the automotive collecting hobby. People see the ridiculous amount someone is asking for something, then immediately think theirs is worth that, regardless of condition, and aside from the fact that the other guy's ride never sold. It disrupts the steady, stable flow of things, and causes value to actually DROP, because people start turning their heads toward some OTHER type of vehicle. Those two are examples of greed and ignorance over common sense.
