Try driving the truck in the picture. I'm 6'1, 215 pounds, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to turn the wheels at a dead stop. Hit a bump in the road, and it takes a lot of fighting to keep it from yanking the wheel out of my hands. Stock wheels and tires, sure. Mine? Fat chance.
