I'm near these and this area is VERY hard on sheetmetal. High humidity and heavily salted roads. I'm guessing these were western trucks that were brought here many moons ago. If they were originally bought here, I'd think they would be rusted worse.
As others have said, there is a lot of work there to do. I am curious about the swivel frame though. If anyone contacts and cares to share it would be interesting to hear the story.
