the dual circuit unit is about 20 inches long and a little over 7 inches wide. The factory mounted them on the frame, inbetween frame rails, just behind the cab. It will come with a remote mounted air intake filter for routing clean air in from either the cab or you can mount it up in the engine compartment. The factory ones I have seen were mounted via a hole in the cab floor
