What I learned when I needed that cat hauled from Whitehall MT last year was that there are lots of commercial truckers with empty flatbeds going all over the place who would be happy to haul for a reasonable price if you're flexible on time BUT they all need a loading dock. Getting a lowboy or gooseneck is next to impossible for any kind of reasonable price and nobody caries loading ramps for their flatbed. I have a dock at this end, but there was none at the other end so nobody could do it.

If you can find a ramp or dock in your neighborhood that a big rig can easily back up to, and you can get the guy in Bend to take it to some nearby dock or ramp, you can call a freight broker and get all kinds of quotes. Kevin Browning at the outfit below (out of Vancouver, WA) tried really hard to get me a trucker, so you might call him. In my situation, both ends were right on I-90, so maybe that gave me more options, though.
