Engine choice

So my '41 WC needs an engine and I just realized I have two choices. My first choice is a 1979 360 that came out of a van I think. It has an automatic transmission hooked up to it now. My second choice is a 4.0L inline six out of my '96 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a auto trans. I need opinions and advice because the only other engine I have is a Ford, and that's never gonna happen.
