You might be able to sell the cab, grill, valance and rad to a hot rodder. The 56 Ford 100 series trucks are quite popular. Those parts would fit.
forget the 56 Ford rear and use the cash to get a later model rear end. If you do it correctly you will not need to deal with replacing a lot of expensive parts.
