1941 Dodge?

I think I have a 1941 Dodge army truck. I was told it was rolled and has a ford cab now, and I think it has a different box. Anyways we have a 1956 Ford Dually on the farm too. What I want to do is put the dually rear end on the Dodge. I plan on putting a carberauted 360 and automatic transmission in it. Any ideas or advice for any of this?
