After talking to a friend and others I will bolt it on with 3/8" bolts first. Then after it is all flush and tight re/drill to 1/2" one at a time to keep the holes tight on the bolts. That way the holes will be true and not over sized. I do have a bunch of sharp 1/2" bits to use so if I bust a couple drilling not a big deal. I will drill out the 4 rivets in the way and replace with Frame Bolts to flush the bottom of the mount to the frame.
