I don't know of anyone who had one who was not impressed. I have had one in mine since 2010 without an issue, except that if you have a 6 volt system, the solenoid in the OD does not work well with it; you need at least 8 volts.
I have pulled heavy things with my PW with the Dennan installed, such as my 7k# CTD pickup out of the ditch (ice storm).
BTW, the GV overdrives I have seen are also Laycock O.D.'s just like the Dennan.
Mr. Gronan is retired now. Too bad no one has picked up the torch on this. I think he would lend some wisdom on it if someone was interested.
