I'd have to look but your range is probably correct. I have never seen anything newer than 1955. The differences relate to the engine being longer, and the Toronto Acme produced T98 transmissions along with the Acme pto to match. Some difference in the rad placement and hood latch fit are the other areas. As you mentioned, the large majority of parts are common to both and probably produced in the US. The M37CDN and variants continued in Canadian service until into the later 1970's, being replaced by the GM 5/4T. Not a fair exchange in my opinion...
