383 was the only big block offered in 100/200/300 series trucks back then (not counting the rare/scare 426 wedge hot rods). 361/413 big blocks were offered in the big 500 & up series trucks. Those bells may work if you get the correct clutch/flywheel/pressure plate/T.O bearing.
