We don't have 3 phase out here so I had to make up a rotary phase converter. It's 10HP so no problems running several things off of it when needed.
Interesting thing when I contacted the Allen company to get a manual for it. The custom build these to order and I asked if he had a ball park of what GM paid. He asked for the serial number and said he could give an exact price if I provided it. In 1986 it was $32,000.
