Good eye and yes it has light texture on the frame only. I used a paintable bed liner spray to do the frame only. Once the axles are finished I will epoxy prim the works and then Top Coat it with the Black Enamel. I just can't do that with the frame out back. Once the drums are on I will put the tires on and move it to my shop for paint.
