Yes, mine bolts into place, has made working on wiring behind the dash way easier, besides the ease of installing and wiring up the gauges.
Not sure my OCD will let them look all screwy, of course right now I have no idea what "normal" is so it would have to wait anyway. They do have programmable warning lights so I have that to fall back on too.
