i restored a house in houston built in 1890
jacked it up replaced rotten sill beams rebuilt
the brick piers
pulled all of the siding off, half of it was rotten
replace rotten studs a
had new wood milled to the old siding specs
and nailed it all back on with sq. naila
had to be done that way as it was for the big h historical society
