looking at drilling a tapered hole in the stock knucle arm closer to the knuckle 5 in or so from the knuckle center mount the box just inside the front hanger and put ff tie rod ends on on each end of a 10 in. or so tie rod threaded for said tie rods

seems that this would even be stronger than the stock steering as drag link won t be so far from the knucle

this way i would not ruin the arm it would just have a hole in it--unless i was to cut off the ball but there is no need to

might look funny but leaves room for more than one option
