Ithink we in a much smaller group than that! The old 70s tops were often so hard to remove no one probably had the time. My Scout took so long to align the bolts that I have been hesitant to remove it. I have often thought about a softtop. Cassies jk is much easier but the doors have gotten so heavy with crash protection that you almost need a hoist to remove them. I doubt automakers pay much attention to what anyone on here likes. We are interested in 60+ year old trucks and most like me will keep tow rigs for 20 years. I call my 04 my new truck all the time. The lease crowd and people who never pay off a truck that is what new cars are built to.
