I have a choc lab, 14 yo. She has fatty tumors around her body with only one being unsightly to us. We leave them all alone.
But, she developed a fast growing tumor below her ear and the vet took it off and it was cancer.
Just time them, if it is fast growing, worry, if slow developing worry a lot less.
