Looking for a PCV part

My 62 WM300 has a steel collar that fits between the air horn of the carburetor and the oil bath air filter. There's a hose fitting on the side of the collar that hooks up to the breather on the oil fill tube. I'd like to find something like this to send filtered air into the PCV system of the 318 in my 6x6. Right now there's a cheesy slot in the side of the air filter to slide some kind of thin filter material, but I don't much care for this setup. It's one more thing to maintain, and I'm sure it won't filter as well as the regular air filter. What is this collar-thing called, and where can I find one? The OD of the air horn is 2 9/16"
