From what I can find on the web the current issue is certain types of extensions that were specific to frontpage.
Have you checked to make sure your site uses those extensions? Have you talked to the company hosting your site to verify what the problem is? If you don't have the extensions I found discussed on a number of hosting provider's websites then your site should keep working just fine as the html created using frontpage should still work.
Call your hosting company and clarify the problem. Once you know what is wrong maybe someone here has the skills to help you fix the site so it won't go down.
