Some time the locks come out with a little pin in the face. Others, you need to get under the =wheel, and poke a pin in a hi=ole. Others, you need to press the wheel locking 'star' down to remove it, then unscrew the cylinder.
But if it is the electrical switch, those are usually down the column under the dash, with a push rod up to the lock.
