I am very familiar with Oliver tractors - I herded a 990 around the fields when I was a kid. That dang supercharged diesel about ruined my hearing. The rancher said that the transmission had plenty of gears and there was plenty of power, too, from the VW engine. Would you happen to know the present owner of the one in Island Park? The rancher said that his needs work on the transmission, so a parts vehicle may be needed. Thanks for the info Tom.
